日前,德勤最新发布《2020首席营销官(CMO)调查报告》(The CMO Survey Highlights and Insights Report Feb-2020)。报告显示,用于移动的营销预算的份额首次超过社交媒体。报告预测,未来5年内,移动营销支出将继续超过社交媒体支出。其中,移动预算将增长近73%,占据营销预算的23.3%;社交媒体占21.5%,B2C公司将近1/3的预算分配给移动渠道。
